At General Pants Co., we want you to love your fit, so if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene stickers are intact and the product is unworn.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
